In case of exchange
Please send the item(s) you wish to return by a trackable method such as Yu-Pack or Kuroneko Yamato. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. After receiving the item, we will ship the replacement item within 5 days by Kuroneko Yamato freight collect. If there is a difference in the amount of the item, we will make an adjustment to accommodate the difference.
In case of return
Please send the item(s) you wish to return by a trackable method such as Yu-Pack or Kuroneko Yamato. The shipping cost will be prepaid and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
