In the case of a defective product or wrong product, we will exchange the product at our expense if it is in stock, or refund the amount including the necessary fees (bank transfer fee, etc.) other than the product price if it is not in stock. In case of exchange
Please send the item(s) you wish to return by a trackable method such as Yu-Pack or Kuroneko Yamato. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. After receiving the item, we will ship the replacement item within 5 days by Kuroneko Yamato freight collect. If there is a difference in the amount of the item, we will make an adjustment to accommodate the difference.
In case of return
Please send the item(s) you wish to return by a trackable method such as Yu-Pack or Kuroneko Yamato. The shipping cost will be prepaid and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. We will refund the merchandise price minus the actual shipping costs within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise.
